Welcome to SOEL Direction. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and my services.

1. Services

I offer styling, color analysis, wardrobe consulting, creative direction, and personal shopping services. Service details, pricing, and availability are described on the respective service pages.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

To book a consultation, contact me with your preferred date and service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They can't be refunded or exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Digital gift cards are sent via email.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be discussed when booking. Depending on the service, payment may be required in advance or on the day of the consultation. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed upon booking.

5. Liability

While I provide expert advice based on professional training and experience, results may vary individually. I am not responsible for external factors affecting outcomes.
